Learn the foundations of cake decorating and several piping techniques, including shells, stars, zig-zag, and rosettes. The first ½ of this lesson will concentrate on mastering basic skills and proper technique. The second part of the class will focus on applying the skills you learned to create a professional-looking textured buttercream cake. Filling, frosting, piping, we will do it all.
All supplies and materials included, classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes. Open toed shoes and sandals are not recommended as this is a safety concern when working within a kitchen. Long hair should be tied back.
Lots of fun and technically very informative and easy to learn. Lisa is an amazing instructor! I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in cake decorating and perfecting their craft.
